Here is a virtual hug because, if you know me, that's how I love to greet people!
I grew up in a small town in the foothills of North Carolina. From a young age, I loved being active and used sports as a way to do so. From playing sports, to making it my profession, I am elated to be a female in the sports industry. ​

Beyond sports, you can find me daydreaming at a local coffee shop, going to concerts (yes, I went to the Eras Tour in Spain), visiting friends around the U.S., on the water, attempting a new outdoor activity, hosting a podcast or just being a sports fan!

Fun Fact: I covered the 2016 Presidential Race while still a student. I have since interviewed all kinds - from Olympic Athletes like Lindsey Vonn to NASCAR legends like Richard Petty.
Social Media Guru
Social media is the new wave of storytelling. I use my journalist skills to create engaging content for sports teams ranging from NASCAR, MLB, and NBC Sports.

On the sidelines, in the press box or in the stands, my passion for sports shines through. I have studied the business of sports extensively at the undergraduate and graduate level.
